2019. Simply put, it was the year that I began to realize what was truly essential. For our family. For us. For myself. We don't have it all figured out just yet. What fun would that be? But we've learned enough this past year to know it's okay to take the road less traveled. It's okay to cry just as much as it is to laugh. It's okay to take a new path when the direction you are going might not be the way for you. It's okay to not mind what others may think; to focus on the things that you can control; and then to let go of what you can not. And it's always okay to thank God for every day you are given with the ones you love. Here's to the adventures that 2020 will hold up ahead.
